Privacy notice for storefront requests

This notice explains what happens to the details you give us when you ask Kovaikart to build your storefront. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Your business name, industry, factory location, preferred storefront address, how you sell, your name and role, mobile number, and optionally your email and GSTIN. We also record the page you came from and campaign tags, so we know which outreach works.

Why we collect it

Only to contact you about setting up your storefront, and to prepare for your onboarding call. We do not sell your details or share them with advertisers.

Who can see it

The Kovaikart onboarding team, and implementation partners assigned to your onboarding. If you opted in, we also message you on WhatsApp.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months if you don't go ahead with a storefront. If you do, your details become part of your Kovaikart account.

Your rights

• Ask for a copy of the details we hold about you.
• Correct or update them.
• Withdraw consent and ask us to delete them.
• Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved.

Write to privacy@kovaikart.com with your mobile number and request. We respond within 7 working days.
